Congratulations to Alex Bleakley who was awarded her hakama by George Forbes sensei.
One of our junior members Matthew Goulty is travelling to The Kingdom of Lesotho in South Africa. He will be visiting the village of Ribaneng were he and members of his school will be undertaking a number of projects to aid the local community. In support of Matthew, Rotherham Aikido club will be sponsoring a fuel-efficient stove that can be used by the local people. We wish Matthew and all members of his school a safe and rewarding journey.
